That is a good question about how to relieve stress, I think the best thing is that do something you like. Such as me,if I fell stressed, I always sleep all day, when I get up,I can forget all things about stress, I will do something an usual. Also, you can do some other things, sport is a good thing to relieve stress, when I are playing, I can remberer nothing. Music always help me to cool down and comfortable to have a rest on my mind. Sometimes I play games on my computer, tnen I will pay all attention on it. Everyone have his own way to relieve stress, so choose the best way to do it, you will have a better emotional well-being.
